Meow, Brenda, Linda, Don – all about ski/snow pressure, how to get it, how to use it, how to ski bumps and everything else with it. Early edge engagement with whole foot pressure and shin pressure, more flexion through bottom 1/3, transition and top 1/3 of turn, don’t push outside leg to extend – let it extend naturally to maintain snow contact as edge angle is increased through apex, how to counter balance and counter with hips and upper body, use of poles (especially in the bumps to block unwanted rotation of the upper body). This was a red letter day, some good carving turns being made (on groomed and bumps).IMG_2114
