Brenda – Richmond, VA. Stayed on the Colorado lift and Springmier, position of strength, more equal weight, how to stay balanced (hands on knees exercise), wider arms, less edge, tip to a flatter ski, bigger radius, more slide and steering in the turn, using friction for speed control, less defensive short edgy turns and more offensive bigger radius turns with smearing and shaping. heel pressure AND shin pressure (have to have both) which results in ankle and knee flexion.
