Goals: powder, powder and both skis working together. 6 inches of new heavey stuff … powder???, well maybe could be called that. A very good day to stay ‘grounded’ with both feet. This afternoon on Peak 10 most productive. Thank you for the positive changes – I as happy as you.

Level 7: Goals: more comfort, less anxious, early release, steering, ski like a girl. This group is gelling! Technical focus in AM, simultaneous femur twisting to effect early edge change and steering/shaping. Best snow: King. Best bumps: that an oxymoron.

Level 7. Goals: less sequential at top of turn, control nerves at top of steeps, dealing with ice, committing to the turn, reduce leaning, make it more effortless. So the question is: ‘Did the goals get addressed’? From the instructors standpoint, I saw good changes in all those objectives. Video was huge – the level of understanding constantly developing. A most productive day!

The ‘Babes’ … plus Don. Powder day. Impressed with all the feet in the group … they were steering, pressuring, shaping … they were NOT lifting off the snow – thank you very much! What a difference a couple weeks have made in everyones skiing – you ‘guys’ are good students.

April tele day – we rock guys – first one probably ever. Thank you for help getting this started – hopefully will grow from here. Monomarks and modified monos for about 200 turns and the shinboo shuffle (or whatever the thing will be called). If I don’t see you (plural) before winters end – HAVE A GREAT SUMMER!
