The doctor dudes! Bumps and more bumps – Inferno, Devils Crotch, Mine Shaft, High Anxiety, Dukes, Lower Boneyard and some other run I’ve never know the name off chair six. Break it down to workable pieces: phase of turn, body performance, ski performance. This was so much fun – bump on my friends.

Nancy & Alexis: clean release of both skis, explore leg steering and ski twisting, inside ski active (the brain), hop and lift downhill ski drills, 360s, skating, switch (going backwards), zipper down the fall line, hands/shoulders/hips, trees, some powder, crapes and oatmeal – we seized the day!

21 total telers today, this is good. Heavy snow, not champagne but a good Budwiser. Upper/lower body separation, both tips to the fall line at release, late lead change, solid inside foot pressure/sink on ‘that tele foot’, Technique in the AM lots of bumps and powder in the PM. ‘Good Job’ to all.

Round skidded turns, pressuring both feet, clean release with active leg steering, upper body alignment, upper/lower body separation, bumps, off piste. Wicked wind in PM – Tbar a memorable event. Thanks to all for coming out of the comfort zone and experimenting.

Pictureless. Gary, a good morning for sure: powder, some video, rythm, tempo, jacket zipper committed to down the mountain (upper/lower body separation), yogart, hot chocolate, focussing on a specific phase of turn/body part/ ski performance (pressure control by early center of mass crossing to inside of new turn), creating pressure in control phase of turn. Be safe in your travels – see you and Jan in February.
